Select the category of the products you wish to purchase, or if you prefer so, click on the category of “Furniture Settings” so you can select with only one click all the furniture that makes the “furniture setting” that you like (you can remove any product in the shopping cart or add others that are not included in the “furniture setting” of your selection).
3. Select the way you want to pay and write any special notes when necessary. (If you are purchasing
with a credit card, it’ll be necessary to validate it with the issuing Bank before shipping your products.
This procedure is carried out in strict confidentiality on the same day in which you purchase with us.
While doing this, it is possible that an executive of our company contact you in order to ask you
for some information necessary to validate the authenticity and the safety of your purchase.
In some cases, the executive of our company will request you to send a copy of your official ID for your own safety.)

All the products count on a 5-year guarantee for the furniture and chairs
structure, and a 1-year guarantee for the upholstery of the chairs. You may see this guarantee in the manual included in each one of the products.

It’s very simple!! You can check it in our web page. Our system works in a real time. Therefore,

No, our prices do not include the Tax Added Value (I.V.A.). You must add it to our list prices. We specify this in our Web page.

| What is the cost of my purchase’s shipment? |
None. When you shop at LINEA ITALIA® we deliver the products directly to your
place or office free of charge. If there wasn’t any delivery service office in your hometown, we could
send it to the closest delivery service as long as you let our executives know in advance. |

| How do I know how much I have to pay? |
Before you finish your purchase, our system will display your order
request. In there, you will be able to see all the details per product, number of purchased items

You may be able to use the credit card that you prefer the most (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
Purchasing products with the 6-month financing plan is possible only with your American Express credit card.
You would have the same final price for your products if you pay with this plan since any extra charges
for the financing are on us.
Bank’s Deposit:
You must deposit the total amount of your purchase in whichever of the following accounts.
Please, do not forget to write Crisa’s legal name “Creaciones Industriales, S.A. de C.V.”

| Can I reject and return the item I bought? |
It is possible to give us an item back, if you fulfill one of the following suppositions:
1.-If your product does not have the quality specifications that you were expecting
2.-If the product has not been sent to you
3.-For those cases in which the product has already been shipped or delivered,
it’ll be possible to return them by paying a 20% charge of the total amount of the
products prices and the shipping to send us the products back to our ware houses.
The refund will be made only when this is done in a period no longer than 30 days.
